Future Masters Roundup for Medicus Golf Development Juniors June 28, 2009

I am not aware of any golf instructional organization that was better represented at the Future Masters in Dothan Alabama than Medicus Golf. Under the watchful eye of Chuck Evans, Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructors in America and Director of Instruction for Medicus Golf, six juniors made the trip to compete at the 2009 Future Masters.
We would like to congratulate all our juniors who competed at this highly ranked junior golf event but would like to note two players in particular. First we would like to congratulate Brock Ochsenreiter who finished in the Top 10 in 2008 in the 8-10 year old age group, moved up in age group and still shot scores of 77-75-79 to finish in the Top 30. Though traveling back and forth each day from Dothan to Panama City while competing in an All-Star baseball tournament, Brock’s busy schedule did not deter him from competing at a very high level.
The other player who deserves a lot of recognition is Brandon Jowers. Brandon has gone through and is still working on swing changes but this did not distract or deter him from playing some very good golf. Out of 224 golfers Brandon, 16 years old, tied for 38th with scores of 75-73-73.
Congratulations again to all our juniors and we look forward to even greater success in the very near future.
